Daina’s background is steeped in curiosity for the body. Her embodiment of her physical and developing energetic senses is attributed to her lifelong interest and participation in the performing arts. As a creator, her work centers the body as a site for contemplation, profound realization, and stimulating conversation. As an artist, her explorations arise from intuitive beginnings, manifestations, improvisations, and curated frameworks. The addition of LMT qualifications supports the diversity of her credentials.
As a massage therapist and bodyworker, Daina practices techniques that invite transformation. Using a variety of modalities, Daina attunes to her client’s through listening, calming the nervous system, and facilitating the client’s needs. Clients experience better movement, restored function, and a greater awareness of subtle changes and shifts in the body’s natural flow.
Her intention is for her clients to approach activity, training, recovery, or relaxation with a holistic well-being mindset.
